Our story
About Carbon Motorr
Premium carbon fibre parts for sport and naked bikes, listed by make and model so you only see what fits.
Carbon Motorr grew from a straightforward idea: if you ride a modern sport or naked bike, you should be able to find carbon parts built for your exact model without guessing fitment or scrolling through unrelated listings.
We set up the site like a showroom. Choose your manufacturer and model, browse parts that actually fit, build a quote, and send it on WhatsApp. We confirm fitment, availability, and next steps with you before anything goes ahead.
Behind the catalogue is a small team that rides, fits parts, and talks to customers every week. We care about getting the details right, from weave alignment to whether a tank cover lines up cleanly with your fairing.
Today the catalogue covers seven major brands, more than a hundred models, and thousands of parts. Whether you are shaving weight for the track or adding carbon to a road bike you ride every day, the process is the same: find your bike, build your list, and talk to us when you are ready.
That is the story we are still building, one bike and one rider at a time.

Carbon Motorr (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs carbonmotorr.co.uk and related services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices. It applies when you browse our catalogue, build a quote, contact us, apply to become a partner garage, or pay for an order.
This notice is provided for UK users and is intended to meet our obligations under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. It is not legal advice.
Who is responsible for your data
Carbon Motorr is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our customer communications. For privacy enquiries, contact us via our Contact page, by phone on +44 7862 683501, or by email at hello@carbonmail.co.uk.
Information we collect
When you browse the site. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may log technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is typical for most websites and helps us keep the site secure and working.
When you build a quote. Parts you add to your quote list are stored locally in your browser (local storage) on your device. We do not receive this list unless you choose to send it to us, for example via WhatsApp or when placing an order.
When you contact us. If you message us on WhatsApp, call us, or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, bike make and model, order or quote details, and message content.
When you apply to partner with us. If you submit a partner garage application, we collect the details you enter on the form, including garage name, contact name, email, phone, location, services offered, website or social links, and your message.
When you pay for an order. If you complete checkout through a secure payment link, payment and billing details are collected by Stripe, our payment provider. This typically includes name, email address, delivery address, and payment card details. We receive order and customer information needed to fulfil your order and send confirmations and updates. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
When you checkout or return to an order confirmation page. We may use session storage in your browser to remember a recent checkout session or order summary for a short time so the confirmation page can display correctly.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and provide customer support;
- confirm fitment, prepare quotes, and process orders;
- take payment and send order confirmations, production updates, dispatch notifications, and related service emails;
- review and respond to partner applications;
- operate, maintain, and improve the website;
- keep records for accounting, tax, and legal compliance;
- prevent fraud and protect the security of our services.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing.
Legal bases for processing
Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract (or steps before entering a contract): to respond to enquiries, confirm orders, take payment, and deliver products you buy.
- Legitimate interests: to operate and improve the website, communicate with customers, prevent fraud, and keep business records, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation: where we must keep records for tax, accounting, or regulatory reasons.
- Consent: where you choose to contact us or submit information voluntarily, or where consent is required by law.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and customer records are usually kept for up to seven years where required for tax, accounting, or dispute resolution. Enquiry and support messages are kept for a reasonable period so we can follow up on fitment, quotes, and after-sales issues. You can ask us to delete information where we are not required to keep it.
Who we share information with
We use trusted service providers to run the business. Depending on how you use the site, information may be processed by:
- Stripe for secure payment processing;
- Resend (or similar email services) to send transactional emails;
- Supabase and our hosting provider Netlify to host data and operate the site and order systems;
- WhatsApp / Meta when you contact us through WhatsApp;
- couriers such as Royal Mail, UPS, or others we use to deliver your order.
These providers process data on our instructions and only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or others.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we take steps required by UK data protection law to protect your information, such as using appropriate safeguards or providers in countries recognised as offering adequate protection.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies that track you across other websites. We do use local storage and session storage in your browser where needed for the site to work, including remembering your quote list and recent checkout session. You can clear site data at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability where applicable. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
To exercise your rights, contact us using the details above. We will respond within one month in most cases.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
Terms of use
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Carbon Motorr website at carbonmotorr.co.uk and related pages, including our catalogue, quote builder, contact tools, partner application form, and secure checkout links. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Nothing on this site is legal advice. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
About Carbon Motorr
Carbon Motorr supplies premium aftermarket carbon fibre parts for sport and naked motorcycles. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with motorcycle manufacturers. Brand names and logos shown on the site are used for identification and fitment reference only and remain the property of their respective owners.
Using this website
You may use the site to browse our catalogue, build a quote, contact us, and complete purchases where payment links are provided. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape content at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is free from errors at all times.
Catalogue, quotes, and orders
Product listings, images, descriptions, and prices are provided for guidance. Adding items to a quote on this site does not create a binding contract. Availability, fitment, lead times, and final pricing are confirmed with you before an order is accepted.
An order is accepted when we confirm it with you and, where payment is required, when payment is successfully received through our checkout process.
Most carbon fibre parts are made to order. Typical production and preparation time is around two to three weeks before dispatch, unless we tell you otherwise for a specific item.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the site are in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. We may change prices before an order is confirmed. Any applicable delivery costs and taxes will be shown or confirmed before you pay.
Where we send you a private payment link, checkout is processed securely by Stripe. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in full on our servers. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms for payment processing.
Delivery and dispatch
UK orders are normally shipped using Royal Mail or UPS, depending on item size and destination. Tracking information is provided when your order is dispatched. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier and service selected.
We primarily serve UK customers. If you are outside the UK, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can supply and deliver to you.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
Returns, cancellations, and faulty goods
Because most items are produced to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an order you have placed.
Returns are assessed case by case. Made-to-order carbon fibre parts are generally non-returnable unless faulty or not as described, or where your statutory consumer rights apply.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details so we can help promptly. Items are inspected and carefully packed before dispatch.
If you are a UK consumer, you may have a legal right to reject faulty goods or seek repair, replacement, or refund in certain circumstances. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Product information and fitment
Our parts are genuine carbon fibre aftermarket components designed for the models listed. They are not original manufacturer (OEM) parts unless clearly stated. Professional installation is recommended if you are not familiar with motorcycle bodywork.
If you are unsure whether a part fits your bike, contact us before ordering with your make, model, and year. We will help you check compatibility.
Partner garages
Partner listings and applications are provided for information and business development. Submitting a partner application does not guarantee acceptance. We may approve, decline, or remove partner listings at our discretion.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, photography, and copy belonging to Carbon Motorr are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish site content for commercial use without our written permission, except for personal browsing and sharing links to our pages.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from use of this website or delay in delivery where we have taken reasonable care.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy
Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Contact and governing law
For questions about these terms or an order, contact us via our Contact page, by phone on +44 7862 683501, or by email at hello@carbonmail.co.uk.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
